To book a PMU or Tattoo service, We have a non refundable $100 booking fee to secure your appointment. We understand that things happen and if you must reschedule you can one time as long as I am given notice 48 hours before your appointment. If a notice is not given or if you no show this will result in loss of booking fee and a new booking fee will have to be sent. This goes for touchups as well. If you no call no show to your appointment or last minute reschedule, 50% of the cost will be charged to your card on file.
For tattoos please send reference photos as well as where the tattoo is going to email@example.com as well as include in the notes section of the appointment what you are getting. Once appointment is made, we will send an email to confirm the time and date to approve the appointment. Appointment is not set in stone until approval. if you are unsure which artist you should book, you can email us or fill out our tattoo appointment inquiry form located on our website.
CASH OR CHECK IS required for the remaining balance of appointment. Any amount pre paid for appointment is non refundable including booking fee, unless client has doctors note stating why they can not continue with their appointment. Please be mindful, If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled.
Please read our website. Bombshellinktattoo.com precare & post care page for permanent makeup before booking. If you do not follow pre care protocol, you are likely to be turned away as client until you have done so.
PERMANENT MAKEUP CLIENTS: I only schedule 2 touchups per day, so please make sure that you receive a confirmation of your date and time after scheduling. Touchups for a single service $50, after 8 weeks $75, after 6 months $150.
Please wait in vehicle till your appointment time. Feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org to check in when here. You must have your drivers license. For minors piercings, a parent must be accompanied and must bring their drivers license or ID and minors birth certificate (NO EXCEPTIONS) No deposit required, but if you do not show or reschedule more than twice you will not be booked again. Walk ins are accepted as well but to guarantee your spot, it is recommended to book.Waxing, lashes & Spa services:
We do not require a booking fee for these services, however we do require a valid card on file. This is due to the amount of no shows and last minute reschedules. 24 hours notice must be given if you can not make it to your appointment or must reschedule or 50% of the service cost will be charged to your vaulted card. We understand that things do happen but this is our livelihoods and when we have last minute cancels it is very unlikely that we are able to fill those spots. We appreciate your understanding. If this is something you can not do, please message us and you can pay a booking fee to secure your appointment.
